U.S. to yield marijuana jurisdiction to states

I am fresh back from a NORML conf. where the this subject of RE-legalizing it came up. It seems that the States were the most responsible for ENDing Alcohol Prohibition. COunty by County the voted to RE-Legalize IT , even had Dr's prescribing it back then, can you imagine being prescribed alcohol with all we know now!? SO the movement is building someone just introduced legislation in the State of Cali.'s house to treat it like alcohol and tax it. There goes the on-coming Depression....Legalize IT! and don't criticize it...
